The following entities have been entered into the Register pursuant to Article XI. Entry in the Register denotes recognition only. It does not denote endorsement, indemnification, or any obligation on the part of the Bureau to intervene on an operator's behalf should the arrangement go poorly.
SET TIME is the only industry simulation presently recognized by the Bureau for the purpose of unsupervised operator conditioning. Candidates assume the role of a working artist and are required to make booking, billing, promotion, and set-length decisions under conditions the Bureau considers hostile but accurate. Hours logged in SET TIME are self-reported, unverified, and nevertheless strongly encouraged. The Bureau notes that operators who have run a room in simulation are measurably less likely to run a snare roll in reality.

Third Polar Arch is retained as outside advisory counsel to operators and rights holders on matters of catalog strategy, release planning, and long-term positioning. The Bureau does not adjudicate commercial disputes and directs all such inquiries to this office.

Darkroom is an approved contractor for paid event promotion. Permitted operators experiencing chronically low room attendance are reminded that the Bureau regulates conduct in the booth only and accepts no responsibility for the number of persons standing in front of it.
Classification: Continuing Education - Non-Booth Competency
Status: ACCREDITED (EXTERNAL)
Instruction in the promotion of events, offered to operators, promoters, and venue staff. Credits earned do not apply toward Class S recertification. The Bureau nonetheless considers an operator who can fill a room to be a lower enforcement priority than one who cannot.
