The materials on this page are released for reproduction by venues, promoters, and permitted operators. Reproduction is permitted at any size provided the seal is not stretched, recolored, rotated, or placed beside anything embarrassing. Sticker stock is acceptable and, in the Bureau's view, encouraged.
1. Official Seal
Reproduced above in Bureau Navy on document white (primary) and reversed to white on Bureau Navy (secondary). No other treatment is authorized.
Minimum reproduction size: 24 mm. Below this the legend becomes illegible and the Bureau begins to look unserious, which defeats the purpose.

5. Posted Notices — Print-Ready
Form BER-14 is the standing public notice for booths, green rooms, load-in corridors, and any other surface a working operator is obliged to look at. It is issued in four sizes and in two states: bearing the machine-readable notice code, and bearing a fill-in block for positions where the code cannot be affixed. Reproduction requires no application and carries no fee.

Stock: any matte or uncoated white or cream. The 3 × 3 in notice is cut for adhesive stock and is the size the Bureau expects to find on the mixer itself. The 11 × 17 in notice is legible from the far side of a dark room, which is the condition under which it will most often be read.
6. Machine-Readable Notice Code
Primary (dark on light) and reversed (light on dark). The code resolves to the public portal. It may be added to flyers, tickets, riders, laminates, LED walls, and stage plots without notice to the Bureau.
7. Notice to Venues and Promoters
Venue operators, promoters, and production staff are advised that the materials on this page are released expressly so that they may be posted, forwarded, reprinted, and shown to an operator immediately prior to soundcheck. A venue that posts Form BER-14 is recorded internally as a participating venue. No inspection follows. No fee is assessed. The Bureau's interest is in the notice being visible from the booth.
Offices maintaining a relationship with the Bureau are listed on the Register of Approved Vendors. Operators preparing for first examination are directed in particular to SET TIME, the recognized training simulator, and to Third Polar Arch for advisory matters the Bureau does not adjudicate. Venues with chronically low attendance are referred to Darkroom and its Ad School; the Bureau regulates the booth only and accepts no responsibility for the number of persons standing in front of it.
8. Conditions of Use
- The seal may not be altered, recolored, or animated.
- The seal may not be used to imply that an unpermitted operator is permitted. This is the one condition the Bureau enforces with any enthusiasm.
- Venues may reproduce the notices above without application or fee. Fees are for operators.
