A permit confers no benefit upon an operator who declines to mention it. This sheet sets out the approved methods by which standing under the RMX-1000 Operator’s Permit may be displayed to employers, promoters, talent buyers, and the general public. Operators are reminded that the Bureau does not require display, but does notice it.
Instruments referred to below are furnished on the operator record page under Form RMX-PA1 (Publication of Standing) and Form RMX-PA2 (Badge of Standing).
The Bureau considers LinkedIn the appropriate register of professional accreditation for persons who operate effects units. Proceed as follows.

An operator shall not represent themselves as holding a class of permit not issued to them, describe the permit as “honorary” unless it is, state or imply that the Bureau endorses their booking, or display a permit that has lapsed without stating that it has lapsed. Misrepresentation of standing is itself an offence under the Articles of Operation and may be reported in triplicate.
